How can I book a pitch or accommodation?

What methods of payment are accepted?

  • We accept payment by bank card, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers and cash.

Do you offer reduced fares or special offers?

  • Yes, we offer discounts and special offers in low season and for seniors and people travelling alone.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

  • Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

  • Yes, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

Is a deposit required?

  • Yes, a deposit of €200 is required for rentals, either by cheque, credit card or cash.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

  • We have pitches for tents, caravans and camper vans, as well as tent lodges.

Do we have to clean the accommodation?

  • Yes, the accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
  • It is also possible to opt for the cleaning option: the cost for rental accommodation is €50 for lodges without sanitary facilities.

What time can I arrive?

  • Pitches are available from 4pm.
  • Rented accommodation is available from 4pm.

What time do I have to vacate my pitch or accommodation?

  • Pitches can be vacated from 8.30am to 12.00pm.
  • Rented accommodation can be vacated from 8.30 am to 10.00 am.

Does the campsite have Wi-Fi access?

  • Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access on the terrace.

Are pets allowed?

  • Pets are accepted on pitches (subject to conditions).
  • A supplement will be charged.

Is there a swimming pool?

  • No, our campsite does not have a swimming pool, but it does have access to the river La Cèze and its swimming area.

Is there a grocery shop or restaurant on site?

  • Yes, we have a grocery shop stocked with basic necessities and a bar/restaurant open at lunchtime and in the evening when the campsite is open.
  • The bar/restaurant is open to guests from outside the campsite.

Does the campsite have a bread depot?

  • Yes, the campsite works with the XXX bakery in YYY every day.
  • Bread and pastries are available from 8.00 am at the bar.
  • Orders must be placed before 6pm the previous day.

Are barbecues permitted?

  • Yes, subject to certain conditions.
  • Electric barbecues and planchas are permitted on your pitch.

Do you have laundry facilities?

  • Yes, we have a washing machine.
  • Laundry tokens are available from the bar.

What activities do you offer?

  • We offer entertainment, themed evenings, concerts, sports activities, family activities, guided excursions... (during July/August, Ascension and Whitsun).

Is it possible to hire camping equipment?

  • Yes, we offer the hire of top or classic fridges placed directly on your pitch (€5 per day with minimum of 3 days).
  • You can also hire a baby kit (high chair + cot, €5 per day).
  • Sale of luxury sheet kits (€8 for a small set and €10 for a large set).
  • Paddle and buoy hire.

What are the nearby tourist attractions?

  • Our campsite is close to the river, which is right next to the campsite.
  • Just a few minutes from the Gorges de La Cèze, in a privileged environment classified Natura 2000, Camping La Plage is entirely dedicated to your family holidays, in the heart of the tourist sites, between the Pont du Gard and Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet, Organc l'Aven, etc.

What are the advantages of the environment around the campsite?

  • Access to hiking trails, river, beach, far from noise and hustle and bustle, green spaces and natural surroundings ideal for recharging your batteries, well-spaced accommodation for privacy.
  • Children's play areas, petanque area, table tennis, tennis, fishing, etc.

Is there a curfew?

  • To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, silence is requested from 11.30pm onwards.

Can I have visitors?

  • Yes, subject to registration at reception and in accordance with campsite rules.

What to do in an emergency

  • In an emergency, contact reception or dial 15, 18 or 112.

Is there a fast, stable Wi-Fi connection?

  • Yes, we have a fibre connection.

  • No, the campsite does not have dedicated charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles.
